Services Description
Trust in Podcasts provides professional podcast production, editing, and distribution services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with or without notice.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
Limitation of Liability
Trust in Podcasts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all charges incurred prior to termination.
